Refund Policy

Refund Policy:

Thank you for choosing us for the service you are looking for your business. If you wish to call any customer, we have the following guidelines for refunding or canceling. Find our policies below:

• We offer a full refund if your project has not been started within 15 days after the payment.
• If you don’t want us to work on your project, you need to inform us within 24 hours after the payment. If you have made payment for the project on Friday, you need to intimate us for the cancelation by Sunday for a full refund. If you fail to inform us about your intent within the given timeline, Creative Think Design will deduct proportionally and the rest amount will be refunded.
• If you are not satisfied with the outcome or your expectations are not met within the given timeline, Creative Think Design will refund you a proportional amount based on the project cost.
• If you want to cancel the service beforehand, you are required to intimate us through email at least 7 business days before the next billing period.
• If you are charged even after cancelling the services, we will issue a 100% refund.

All types of requests for withdrawal or cancellation must be taken in writing. We always do everything possible to maintain our business relationship with our esteemed customers and will continue to do our best to make our services profitable for your business.
